guidelines to be eligible for the Rental Cash Rebate

- Tenant must register rental lease with Apartments For Atlanta prior to moving into new apartment.
- Identify Apartments For Atlanta as your only referral source on your Guest Card as well as application for the apartment rental you are visiting/applying for.
- Sign a rental agreement with and become a tenant of an apartment that accepts prospects from Apartments For Atlanta.
- Tenant must be approved by the qualifying apartment community and sign a rental agreement of at least twelve (12) months or longer to qualify for the Rental Cash Rebate Promotion.
- A Rental Cash Rebate will not be given if tenant signs a rental agreement at an apartment where he/she has previously lived, or is transferring to an apartment community managed by the same company as the tenant currently lives in.
- A Rental Cash Rebate will not be given if tenant has been a current or former employee of the apartment (or a related property of the management company) where tenant has signed a rental lease.
- Limit one (1) Rental Cash Rebate per rental lease.
- Rental Cash Rebate Promotion does not apply to individuals renewing their leases with their current property.
- Once Apartments For Atlanta receives client's Lease Registration Form, all information will be verified with the apartment community displayed on the form.
- Once it is determined by Apartments For Atlanta that all information received on Lease Registration Form is accurate, that all guidelines listed above are met, and that tenant has moved into his or her apartment, Rebate will be mailed to tenant's new apartment address within thirty (30) days of tenant’s move-in date.
- Apartments For Atlanta and its owner will make final decision to determine if all rules and regulations are met.
