The most common question we receive at Apartments For Atlanta is “How does your locator service work?” The whole process is relatively simple, and we leave it to our clients to determine how much help we can provide in assisting with their apartment-finding needs. When you contact one of our apartment finders, they will ask you to provide as much information as you can on your ideal rental. The apartment finders will need to know location, size, price, specific amenities, move-in date, and other useful information to help narrow down your customized list of rentals*. The more information our renters provide us, the more focused our locator search will be. Our apartment finders are trained to filter out apartment communities that do not fit your criteria and provide you with only the rentals that meet your standards.
Once your apartment finder runs a search of rentals that fit your needs, we will email you a list of all the rentals we have found for you. Within the list, you will find detailed locator information about each rental, including contact information, descriptions of each apartment, pricing, photos, floor plans and descriptions of all amenities. When you decide which rental properties you want to visit, we only ask that you use Apartments For Atlanta as your locator referral on all of the Guest Cards and Applications that you fill out at each apartment community.
